Zsa Zsa's Journal The ACLU pretends like they actually give a shit about the Bill of Rights, but they don't. ACLU POLICY "The ACLU agrees with the Supreme Court's long-standing interpretation of the Second Amendment [as set forth in the 1939 case, U.S. v. Miller] that the individual's right to bear arms applies only to the preservation or efficiency of a well-regulated militia. Except for lawful police and military purposes, the possession of weapons by individuals is not constitutionally protected. Therefore, there is no constitutional impediment to the regulation of firearms." --Policy #47 ARGUMENTS, FACTS, QUOTES "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The Second Amendment to the Constitution "Since the Second Amendment. . . applies only to the right of the State to maintain a militia and not to the individual's right to bear arms, there can be no serious claim to any express constitutional right to possess a firearm." U.S. v. Warin (6th Circuit, 1976) Alright you fucking idiots, take a look at these quotes: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." Tenche Coxe, The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788. "In a Republic every man ought to be a soldier, and prepared to resist tyranny and usurpation, as well as invasion, and to prevent the greatest of all evils--a standing army." The Debates and Proceedings in the Congress of the United States," Gales and Seaton, pub., 1834 (at 1853). "A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves... and include all men capable of bearing arms. . . To preserve liberty it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms... The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle." Richard Henry Lee, Additional Letters From The Federal Farmer, 1788, at 169 "No freeman shall be debarred the use of arms." Thomas Jefferson, Draft Virginia Constitution, 1776. "The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." James Madison,The Federalist Papers, No. 46. "Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretence, raised in the United States. A military force, at the command of Congress, can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power, and jealousy will instantly inspire the inclination, to resist the execution of a law which appears to them unjust and oppressive." Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution (Philadelphia 1787). "When the resolution of enslaving America was formed in Great Britain, the British Parliament was advised by an artful man, who was governor of Pennsylvania, to disarm the people; that it was the best and most effectual way to enslave them; but that they should not do it openly, but weaken them, and let them sink gradually...I ask, who are the militia? They consist of now of the whole people, except a few public officers. But I cannot say who will be the militia of the future day. If that paper on the table gets no alteration, the militia of the future day may not consist of all classes, high and low, and rich and poor..." George Mason, during Virginia's convention to ratify the Constitution, 1788 "The supposed quietude of a good man allures the ruffian; while on the other hand, arms, like laws, discourage and keep the invader and the plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. The same balance would be preserved were all the world destitute of arms, for all would be alike; but since some will not, others dare not lay them aside...horrid mischief would ensue were one half the world deprived of the use of them..." Thomas Paine, 1775 "Mr. Madison has introduced his long expected amendments... The rights of conscience, of bearing arms, of changing the government, are declared to be inherent in the people." Fisher Ames, Letter to F.R. Minoe, June 12, 1789 "To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them..." Richard Henry Lee, 1788, Additional Letters From The Federal Farmer 53, 1788 "And that the said Constitution [shall] be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms;..." Samuel Adams, Massachusetts' U.S. Constitution ratification convention, 1788; "Philadelphia Independent Gazetteer", August 20, 1789 I could fucking go on all day long. Also, I took care to insure that these quotes were accurate. I also did not omit any parts of the quotes which would work against my argument. Look them up for yourself. I'm so sick of the stupid fucking trends that are out now. I had the misfortune of going into American Eagle the other day and every fucking shirt they had for sale was a wanna-be thrift store shirt. The fucking tags on the shirts even look like something you would see at a thrift store. They might as well include that terrible, formaldehyde odor on their clothes that you always smell when you enter a thrift store. I absolutely can't stand anything about our times. It's fucking trendy now for boys to look like fucking girls and for girls to look like pre-teen boys. I'm so sick of all this stupid indie music shit. I'm sick of people who think Amelie is such a great fucking movie. Like my friend Brian says, "No one would like it if it wasn't French." I'm fucking sick of artsy people. Nobody thinks you're fucking smart, alright? I'm so fucking tired of stupid black glasses. I'm physically ill right now because of the fact that people are so fucking selfish. I swear to God if we get a National ID card in this stupid fucking Oligarchical country called America, I'm leaving. I don't mean that in the Eddie Vedder "I'm a big fucking hot head that will spout about how I will leave the country if George Bush is elected, then hope people forget what I said when it happens" sense. I'm pissed that democracy is the best form of government and that it doesn't even work because nobody has any fucking ideals. I wish there was some form of gun control that would effectively disarm our country. Then it would be back to the good old days where the physically strongest would run things. I'd start my diet of 10,000+ calories a day and begin powerlifting. God made man, Samuel Colt made them equal. What kind of shit is that. It's really pathetic that I live in the best country on Earth. They are making a movie out of the comic book Preacher! I'm so excited. I'll be looking forward to this movie more than anything. Unfortunately, it's being directed by the stupid dyke who did Tank Girl. She better not fuck this up. What if they casted Clint Eastwood as the Saint of Killers? Check out these kick ass Saint of Killers pics: http://www.neonwheels.com/preacher/imag http://www.neonwheels.com/preacher/imag http://www.neonwheels.com/preacher/cove
The Dante's Inferno Test has sent you to the First Level of Hell - Limbo! Here is how you matched up against all the levels:
Take the Dante Inferno Hell Test Snacky's poem about the Jewish Experience: [09:38:55] [09:39:06] [09:39:16] [09:39:18] Clint Eastwood is really neat When he wears his boots he has great feet I like the way he squints his eyes That usually means someone will soon die I think his beardy shadow thing is so great With Clint Eastwood I would like to mate The almost completely smoked soggy cigar you always find in his mouth is cool If you don't like Clint Eastwood, you're a fool hi I've known this for a while now. My best quality is my intuition. You can give me bits and pieces of information and I will make them all connect. Sometimes, things will just pop into my head...ideas and such. Sometimes someone will tell me something to me and it just won't seem like they are telling the truth. Sometimes it won't even be something hard to believe. I usually can't tell how I know, I just sense it. Someone might say something like "I went to the store last night", something totally not hard to believe, but I will know that that isn't what they were doing. Is it April Fools? I hope Andrea didn't think I was just playing an April Fools joke on her, BECAUSE I WASN'T! LOL |
